On May 12, 2021, the Secretary of Health adopted amendments to Regulation .07 under COMAR 10.09.03 Pharmacy Services. This action, which was proposed for adoption in 47:23 Md. R. 983—984 (November 6, 2020), has been adopted as proposed.

Effective Date: June 14, 2021.
