Notice of Public Meeting and Request for Feedback on Implementation of the Prescription Drug Price Transparency Act

NOTICE: The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) will host a public, virtual meeting on Thursday, June 10, 2021 at 1 PM Central Time to present and request feedback on draft reporting guidelines for the Prescription Drug Price Transparency Act, under Minnesota Statutes section 62J.84. MDH will present draft definitions, required data elements, and the anticipated process for reporting. Oral and written, electronic feedback is welcome at the public meeting, as well as throughout the comment period.

Public virtual meeting: Thursday, June 10, 2021 at 1 PM Central Time

Comment period: MDH will accept written, electronic comments until 4:30 PM Central Time on Thursday, June 24, 2021
